James P. Frederick

Biography

James P. Frederick is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and has been practicing law in the areas of estate planning and probate since 1989. He believes strongly that to provide the best service for clients, an attorney should focus his or her practice on one or two primary areas of the law. It is virtually impossible to be a master of all legal areas, given the complexity and detail in our legal system. By concentrating his practice on estate planning and probate work, James can maintain a higher level of expertise and efficiency in these areas, which results in better value for clients.

In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife (his best friend and the love of his life) and with his four wonderful and crazy children. He enjoys tennis, cycling, puzzles and games of almost all kinds, and working in the yard. James is active in his church and thankful to God for an abundance of blessings.
